Description: The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its
intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to San Diego
Shade and Linoleum, Inc. (herein referred to as "SD Shade"). The requirement is for the purchase, delivery and
installation of new window coverings (roller shades) and the removal of any existing coverings damaged by recent
renovations performed by NIWC Facilities, previously performed by SD Shade.
DESCRIPTION / QUANTITY
1% Opacity Custom Design and Fit – Window Coverings (Roller Shades) / 56 Each
3% Open/97%UV Block Custom Design and Fit – Window Coverings (Roller Shades) / 99 Each
Removal of Existing Coverings 1 Lot
Installation of New Coverings 1 Lot
This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon
responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) code is 337920, Blind and Shade and the business size standard is 1,000 employees.
Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
