Notice of Intent to Award – EMS Equipment

TOWNSHIP OF BRICK
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACTS UNDER
A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Brick, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey,
intends to participate in the Sourcewell Contract #041823-STY EMS Equipment for the purchase
and delivery of seventy-six (76) Lifepak CR2 Defibrillators.
The term of this contract is October 14, 2024 through June 30, 2027. Information regarding this
contract may be found in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers Bridge Road,
Brick, NJ 08723 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell website at:
https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/041823-sty.
It is the intent of the Township to make contract award on April 14, 2026 to Stryker EMS
Equipment, 2825 Airview Boulevard, Kalamazoo, MI 49002 pursuant to the proposal submitted
in response to the Sourcewell request for bids for EMS Equipment.
The contract periods shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order and shall terminate
upon the delivery and acceptance of the equipment.
The Township of Brick is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the
authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Opportunity to comment will begin upon the publication of this notice and end ten (10) calendar
days thereafter.
