NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Contract Title: BCUA 60-Inch Sewer Interceptor Multi-Sensor Inspection (MSI) Assessment
The Bergen County Utilities Authority intends to participate in the Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS-USA Co-op) contract for Technology Solutions, Products, and Services, including Sewer and Pipeline Inspection, Assessment, and Related Services (Contract Number 250106) for BCUA 60-Inch Sewer Interceptor Multi-Sensor Inspection (MSI) Assessment for an amount not to exceed the total sum of $209,340.00.

The Bergen County Utilities Authority joined the TIPS-USA cooperative on February 26, 2026.
The TIPS-USA Co-op contract term is from March 21, 2025 to May 31, 2030.
Contract Period for the Bergen County Utilities Authority: 6 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed date.
It is the intent of the Chairman or his designee to make a contract award to RedZone Robotics, Inc., pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the TIPS-USA Co-op Request for Proposals.
The Bergen County Utilities Authority is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
