Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Ft. Hood (MICC-Ft. Hood) intends to issue a sole-source award to ESIM GAMES, LLC (UEI: TH8JLZF91L19) for Steel Beasts Professional Software Licenses under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).



Since the intent is to procure Steel Beasts Professional Software Licenses on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement.



The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210 – Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47.0M. The applicable PSC is 7A21 - It and Telecom - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software).
