Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source - Indiana University Advertising

The 181st Contracting Squadron at Hulman Field ANGB, IN hereby gives:

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE - to IU SPORTS PROPERTIES, LLC to provide military recruitment advertising services during sporting events at Indiana University, Bloomington.

The requirement to perform these tasks must be located at the previously specified sports complex in order to meet the needs of the 181st Intelligence Wing goal of outreaching to their intended target audience.

The business will be providing:

Baseball Signage - Videoboard Logo with PA Announcement x 1 (1 Season)

Basketball/Men's Display/Sampling -Entry/Exit Couponing/Sampling

Basketball/Men's Display/Sampling -Hoosier Hysteria - Onsite Display/Activation

Basketball/Men's Signage - Videoboard LED Corner

Basketball/Men's Signage - Videoboard Replays (Per Replay)

Basketball/Women's Signage - Ribbon Board LED

Basketball/Women's Signage - Videoboard Feature

Basketball/Women's Signage - Videoboard Replays (Per Replay)

Football/Display/Sampling - Entry/Exit Couponing/Sampling

Football/Radio - Pre-Game Spot (Local Indianapolis) (30 Seconds)

Football/Signage - Videoboard Feature - Time-Out

Football/Signage - Videoboard Replays (Per Replay)

Please note that this is not request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. At this time 3rd party advertising services will not be considered.

Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOR are requested to provide the following information in their response:

1. Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement.

1. Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type ofbusiness and size, Cage Code and UEI number.

Information is to be submitted to Keith Parker at keith.parker.4@us.af.mil. Deadline for submittals is August 15, 2025 by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to IU SPORTS PROPERTIES, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
