Notice of Intent to Award a Contract – Audio Visual Equipment and Supplies

The Township of Pennsauken intends to participate in the BuyBoard contract #739-24 for Audio Visual Equipment and Supplies for the purchase of certain audio-visual equipment and supplies.

The Township anticipates joining the BuyBoard contract on March 6, 2025. The BuyBoard contract term is 06/01/24-05/31/27.

It is the intent of the Township to make a contract award to Bibliotheca, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $80,155, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the BuyBoard Proposal Invitation.

The Township is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
