SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT NOTICE
The City of Park Ridge intends to enter into a sole source agreement with RedSpeed Illinois, LLC for an
automated photo enforcement system to identify and enforce red light violations at the intersection of
Northwest Highway and Oakton Avenue, including all required equipment, software, and technical
services. This procurement is made in accordance with City of Park Ridge Municipal Code Article 2-9-
6(c), as RedSpeed Illinois is the only provider capable of meeting the City's business needs ensuring
continuity of service without disruption. The agreement may be renewed annually unless terminated
and will require approval by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the City Council. All responsible sources
may submit a capabilities statement to procurement@parkridge.us no later than April 9, 2026 to be
considered by the City.
