NOTICE OF INTENT: Postage Fees

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc., Suite 320 215 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111-2332, UEI: V5E8DNCCNH69 for postage fee services as required by the General Services Department. The period of performance is 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for postage fees to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist at flora.washington@ihs.gov by Thursday, December 19th, 2024, 1:00 PM MST.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
