Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with First Nations Distribution LLC, National Environmental Inc. dba Buy Indian Medical, Red Heritage LLC, AvMedical, L1 Enterprises, Veterans Medical Distributors, and Legacy Medical Sales for Miscellaneous Medical and Surgical on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four Option Year Periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Northern Navajo Medical Center changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than March 14, 2025, 12:00 PM. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
