Notice of Intent for Sole Source - Addition/Renovation AGE, B820 - Minneapolis ARS, MN

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the Addition and Renovation AGE, Building 820 at Minneapolis Saint Paul Air Reserve Station, Minnesota. Included in the requirement for the project is a brand-name sole source specification for the following elements:

Monaco - Fire Alarm and Mass Notification Equipment (FACP)

EasyIO - Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) Controllers

Leviton Opt-X and Leviton QuickPort - Systems

Door Hardware

Lawrence; Stanley; Rizson-Firemark; McKinney; Hagar – Hinges

Sargent – Locks/Latches

Von Duprin – Exit Devices / Electric Strikes

CE Lock – Construction Keying / Key lock boxes

HES – Electric Strikes

LCN – Closers

This is not a solicitation for a competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 03:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 18 June 2025 to adam.m.brooks@usace.army.mil.
