Description

AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Middle Tennessee State University (CAGE:1GNW9). As stipulated at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not intended to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold, the contracting officer may solicit from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. NAICS code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, will be used to meet the subject requirement.
