The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Epiq. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: X40 Enclosed SDR with 4R1T 18GHz Mezzanine (ES054-112-01) QTY 1 X40 Fan and Heatsink Unit (ES054-104) QTY 1 Matchstiq X40 Power Brick/GPIO Cable Kit (ES054-113) QTY 1 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 employees. The point of contact for this announcement is Hannah Chichester at hannah.m.chichester.civ@us.navy.mil.Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
