This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source a Call Order to ALLSTEEL LLC pursuant to 8.405-6 Limiting sources, BPA Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) August 8, 2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via email at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for the completion of an Office Renovation Project for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ALLSTEEL LLC; 2210 SECOND AVENUE MUSCATINE, IA 52761. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
