Notice Of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Hootsuite at Carahsoft pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) August 5, 2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov . The proposed order is for social media management tool for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only Hootsuite at Carahsoft; 11493 Sunset Hills Road Suite 100 Reston, Virginia 20190. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 - Software Publishers. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
