Notice of Intended Sole Source- Decanter Logic Manager (DLM/DLM+) software, programming, configuration, firmware, and system‑level technical services for the centrifuge systems and VFD

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Public Works Department intends to sole source consulting for centralized controlled irrigation systems. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
