Qualifications:

The City is seeking applications from eligible non-profit organizations (“Grantees”) to review homeowner applications for RRAP funds and facilitate eligible projects. Grantees must be a 501(c)3 and registered in the State of Kansas. Grantees must meet the qualifications listed in the application. Special Requirements:

This RFP solicits a Grantee to administer RRAP for a three-year period, with annual review and approval of the program allocation by the City Commission. It is anticipated that $150,000 will be allocated to RRAP in 2026. The City Commission must approve the grant award, currently scheduled for its March 3, 2026, meeting.

Home Rehabilitation and Repair Assistance Program

The City-funded Home Rehabilitation and Repair Assistance Program (RRAP) funds housing

improvement projects to benefit low- and moderate-income households. RRAP is an
