NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of January 2026, at Fort Collins, Colorado final settlement
will be made by the County of Larimer with Coulson Excavating Company, Inc, 3609 North Madison
Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80538, herein after called the "Contractor" for and on account of the
contract for Bid No B25-12, Project No. 6508 – The Ranch: Fairgrounds Avenue Widening & Project
No. 6513 – The Ranch: Parking Lot E/Y Expansion.
Any person(s), co-partnership, association or corporation having an unpaid claim against said project,
for or on account of the furnishing of labor, material, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or
other supplies consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of
said work, may, at any time up to and including said time of final settlement, file a verified statement of
the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
All such claims shall be filed with the Larimer County Engineering Department either by email, or
physical mail (USPS mail or courier) as identified below and must be received on or before 4:30 p.m. on
the final settlement date referenced above.

Failure on the part of the creditor to file such statement subsequent to such final settlement will relieve
