The Edgar Lakes levee in Roots, Illinois was decertified by FEMA raising the Base Flood Elevation, BFE, 12.2 feet from Elevation 380.0 to Elevation 392.2. This procurement will provide engineering services for the engineering design of raising the electrical and mechanical components above the BFE plus one foot of freeboard. The Consultant will prepare and furnish plans, specifications and estimated construction costs of raising the BFE. No additional time is added to the contract OWR-345A duration.
