• Dobie 21 (D21)
• Renovation of the existing “Princeton Review” space in Dobie 21 (Suite 220) for Art and Entertainment Technologies program of COFA. Flexible program is a priority. Program and scope includes: motion capture studio, 60-student classroom, computer lab, storage, offices, additional wayfinding, new AV, and new security devices. Project goal is to move this existing AET program from the DFA 3rd floor and to significantly reduce its use of the DFA 4th floor.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $850,000.00 to $1,350,000.00.
