Notice Inviting Bids-Veterans Memorial Building / Senior Center Stage Drapery Project

The City of Redwood City is seeking bids for a project to install stage draperies at a new auditorium in Redwood City. The Project is located at the Veterans Memorial Building / Senior Center, 1333 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94061 and includes: relocation of existing traveler track and manual pulley system, furnishing and installation of new Cyclorama (“Cyc”), Cyc track and tensioning system, Cyc protector, valence, main curtain, roto-draper and leg curtains, and associated engineering design/permitting of supports needed for this work.
There is a NON-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site-visit scheduled for 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 1333 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94061. Prospective bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend the site-visit to verify current conditions.

Bids are due at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
