Notice Inviting Bids - Kerman FY 25/26 Streets Sealing Project

ADDENDUM NO. 1 and ADDENDUM NO. 2 -

Notice is hereby given that the Contract Documents for this project are revised as set forth in this Addendum. All bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum and incorporate its provisions into their Bid. Failure to acknowledge this Addendum may result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive.

This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. All modifications, additions, deletions, and clarifications contained herein shall be considered in the preparation of bids and the performance of the work.

In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Plans or Specifications, this Addendum shall govern.

The City of Kerman is now accepting bids for the Kerman FY 25/26 Streets Sealing Project.
