Notice- Invitation for Bids – HVAC renovations

The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to replace the existing

HVAC system with a new VRF heat pump system, as well as provide associated infrastructure

upgrades to support the heat pumps at 120R Main Street, North Andover, MA. Qualified

contractors are requested to submit bids to the Assistant Town Manager/Director of Operations

in accordance with the instructions contained within the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bidders must

be DCAMM certified for “HVAC” category of work.

The complete IFB is available at www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/northandoverma. All sub

bids are due by 2:00PM on December 1, 2025. All general bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on

December 17, 2025 to be considered. The Town will only accept general bid proposals submitted

electronically through bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/northandoverma.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on November 19, 2025 at 11:00AM at 120R Main

Street, North Andover, Massachusetts.
