Notice –Invitation for Bids- Cleaning Services

The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to clean six municipal

buildings. Qualified contractors are requested to submit bids to the Assistant Town

Manager/Director of Operations in accordance with the instructions contained within the

Invitation for Bids (IFB).

A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through of the buildings is scheduled for December 1, 2025, at

10:00 A.M. beginning at the DPW at 384 Osgood Street. A tour of all the facilities will be

conducted. The complete Invitation for Bids will be available on November 17, 2025 at

www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/northandoverma. All bids must be received by 2:00 p.m.

on December 10, 2025 to be considered.

The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals,

if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North

Andover.
