Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to W5 Technologies Inc (CAGE 56YX1 at 1525 N Hayden RD STE 115 Scottsdale, AZ 85257-3771). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001 ? Maintenance Plus - 1-year - Base Unit Description: 1-Year: HW/SW Support and Warranty for Mighty MUOOSP/N: 1900-2-MAINT (CY25) QTY: 1 EA; Item 0002 Description: Option Year 1P/N: 1900-2-MAINT (CY26) QTY: 1 EA; Item 0003 Description: Option Year 2P/N: 1900-2-MAINT (CY27) QTY: 1 EA. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
