Notice if Intent to Sole Source Purchase and Installation of Level II Ballistic Windows

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Police Department intends to purchase and install a Level II ballistic window, including a Level III reinforced framework and laminate over a wood shelf/countertop with a stainless-steel tray. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
