NOTICE for BIDS | 2025 Glaeser Park Renovations

Introduction: The Village of Richton Park, Illinois, is requesting qualification statements from Professional Architecture consultants to assist with the design, bid/construction document preparation, bid assistance, construction observation, for proposed park improvements for the Village of Richton Park.  The project is funded via IDNR OSLAD grant and local match totaling $400,000 of which shall include project architecture (design/construction observation) services and construction for proposed improvements.

Project Overview:  Glaeser Park is located within the Village limits of the Village of Richton Park, Illinois near the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Rockingham Road.  Glaeser Park sits on 24 acres.  The proposed project is to utilize the grant and matching funds to perform general park improvements/enhancements, providing ADA accessibility updates within key areas of access and other specific facility updates including  renovations of existing outdoor pavilion; ADA restroom compliance upgrades; renovations of four baseball fields all within Glaeser Park.

Questions Shall Be Submitted by 10:00AM on Friday, February 28, 2025.  Questions and responses shall be provided in writing via email from the Village’s representative to all persons who have received a copy of this RFQ.
