Request for Proposal No. R25-26-10

This addendum forms a part of the contract document and modifies the original Request for Proposal

(“RFP”) documents. The following revisions, clarifications, deletions, and/or additions shall be made to

the RFP document for RFP No. R25-26-10. All other requirements of the contract documents shall

remain the same. It is mandatory to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its

number into the location provided in the RFP document.

This addendum consists of the following changes to the RFP document:

PART I – CLARIFICATION

With respect to Question 4(b) as set forth in Addendum No. 1, dated 4/15/2026, respondents are

hereby directed to review said Addendum in its entirety. The response to Question 4(b) is provided

herein and is set forth below in red.

b. Is an annual renewable bond acceptable, or does the District require a bond issued specifically for

this project? With respect to Question 4(b), an annual renewable bond shall not be deemed

acceptable. The District expressly requires that the bond be issued specifically for this project.
