NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received electronically through the City’s bidding website at
www.publicpurchase.com on or before 4:00 P.M. (Mountain Standard Time) on April 17, 2025 at which time
bids will be read publicly.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. local time. The meeting will be held in-
person and virtually via Microsoft Teams. The in-person meeting will be held at the Old Courtroom (lower level)
in City Hall, 50 East 2nd North in Green River, Wyoming. The link for Microsoft Teams will be provided on
