NOT TO EXCEED $5,000,000 STORMWATER UTILITY REVENUE BOND, SERIES 2026

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Lauderhill, Florida (the “City”) at the office of the Purchasing Department for the purpose of selecting one or more qualified financial institutions to provide financing by way of fixed rate, tax-exempt, bank loans as described below that are the subject of this Request for Proposals. The City will not accept any offer with capital adequacy, cross default, acceleration due to non-major items or other interest rate adjustment language with respect to changes to tax law including as a result of “most” favored nation” clauses. The only interest rate adjustment provision the City will consider will be limited to an agreed upon fixed taxable rate in the event the applicable financing is determined to be taxable solely as a result of actions of the City or, in the case of the 2026 Bonds (as defined below), to non-bank qualified solely as a result of actions of the City (neither of which will be an event of default) .
