Norwalk Transit District – Annual Audit of Financial Statements
The Norwalk Transit District is seeking proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms to conduct
the annual audit of the Norwalk Transit District’s financial statements, the Supplementary Schedule of
Federal Financial Assistance and the Supplementary Schedule of State Financial Assistance for the
years ending June 30, 2025, June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2027 with options for the years ending June
30, 2028 and June 30, 2029.
Questions on the proposal documents are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 3, 2025. First round
addenda will be issued by 4:00 p.m., January 6, 2025. January 10, 2025 11:00 a.m. is the deadline for
any final questions and/or concerns which will be addressed via addenda no later than 4:00 p.m. on
January 13, 2025.
