The Victoria County Commissioner’s Court will receive bids for the Northside Road Reconstruction Project. Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows:


1. Scarify existing asphalt roadway, provide new base material, cement treat existing/new flex base and resurface with underseal and two course surface treatment.
