Scope of Services
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment for the project entitled NORTHSDE EXP INFRA DEV - NWC60 at Melbourne Orlando International Airport will be received by the CITY OF MELBOURNE AIRPORT AUTHORITY at the Office of the Executive Director, Melbourne Orlando International Airport, One Air Terminal Parkway, Suite 220, Melbourne, Florida 32901-1888 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This project will include, but not be limited to: clearing vegetation except trees (other than palms) 4" diameter or larger in an area of approximately 60 acres, grading a fence line, furnishing and installing 6,700 linear feet of 7` tall chain link fence with barbed wire, and furnishing and installing three I6` single swing gates.
