Northport Offices Power House Deconstruction

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Northport Offices Power House Deconstruction , located at 1202 Northport Dr, Madison, WI 53704 . This project involves the demolition of an existing, non-functional power house structure, including removal of above-grade building components, selective below grade demolition, full site restoration to greenspace and is being delivered under a lump sum contract.

The primary goal of this project is to remove obsolete infrastructure and convert the area into a safe, maintainable greenspace that aligns with County environmental and site standards. Work includes proper material handling, recycling and disposal, grading, and restoration activities necessary to achieve the final site condition as shown in the Contract Documents. All work must comply with Dane County specifications, permitting requirements, and prevailing wage laws.
