Northern Village of Pinehouse Lake Intake Pumphouse and SPS 2A Upgrades

Sealed Tenders are invited from General Contractors for the construction of Lake Intake Pumphouse and Sewage Pumping Station No. 2A Upgrades for the Northern Village of Pinehouse. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 p.m., C.S.T., Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.

The work includes:

.1 Renovation of the existing lake intake pumphouse, including the demolition of the building enclosure and construction of a new 15 m2 building over the existing concrete structure;

.2 Removal and replacement of pumping, mechanical and electrical equipment;

.3 Replacement of the dry mounted pumps at sewage pumping station no. 2A;

.4 Re-grading of approximately 15 lin.m. of gravity sewer main at sewage pumping station no. 2A;

.5 Clean up of sites;

.6 Repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work.

General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
