This is a combine synopsis-solicitation for the purpose of awarding Multiple Award IDIQ Contracts. The scope is to secure reforestation services in support of timber stand improvement related to forest health on Forest Service land. The major activity anticipated is tree planting, however other related activities such as conifer release and grubbing, vexar installation (or removal), or pest control (not related to herbicide use) may be ordered.
Tasks may be located on the following forests in northern California: Klamath, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Shasta Trinity, and Six Rivers National Forests.
The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract or task order clearly states will be furnished by the Government.
The Contractor shall, develop a plan of operations to organize, accomplish, and direct all operations for the necessary work when provided the resource objectives for the project.
