Northeast Recycling Council Membership and E-Waste Market Share Data

The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase Affililate Membership - ERCC and E-waste Recycling Market Share Data from the Northeast Recycling Council (NERC).

This purchase includes Membership and E-waste Recycling Data. The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) will share discounted market share data for the calendar year January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 and provide an estimate of pounds sold for each manufacturer of Video Display Devices per Minn. Stat. 115A.1310 based on average product weights.

The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) – manager of the Electronics Recycling Coordination Clearinghouse (ERCC) - is the only non-profit organization that is actively gathering data to provide to state agencies that are implementing electronics recycling laws. NERC is an impartial organization, the only organization of its type that will provide unbiased analysis of the needed data. There could be a significant economic impact for recycling based on this data and it is best reported through a party with no stake in Minnesota and the law here.
