Bids will then be opened and read out loud via a Zoom Meeting for anyone that wishes to participate. Zoom Details shall be posted on our website (www.nemvcc.com) the day before the bid opening.
As in past years, once low bids are accepted by Consortium Members, all low bid documents will be downloaded to the Consortium Website (www.nemvcc.com) for public viewing.
NOTE: ONLY One (1) Original of the Bid Response Package (Bid Form and Signature Pages) should be submitted in a sealed envelope stating the name of the bidder on the outside, and as security, One Bid Response Package should be emailed to ensure that the documents are received. The Bidding Agent will acknowledge all email bids upon receipt.
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT US REQUIRED FOR THIS BID.
