Summary

Fontana Unified School District is seeking Bids for North Tamarind Elementary School - Water Piping Replacement at Kindergarten . Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/fusd , no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2026 . Questions must be submitted through the e-procurement portal, no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 .



Background

The contractor shall demolish and properly cap existing underground plumbing lines and provide complete reinstallation of water piping throughout the kindergarten area. Work shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Installation of new underground and overhead piping systems
  • Installation of plumbing fixtures and related accessories, including water hammer arrestors, valves, and hose bibs
  • Installation of yard boxes and access panels
  • Patching of existing walls and backfilling, including restoration of all trenches and concrete pathways to their original condition
  • Asbestos remediation, as required, in accordance with all applicable regulations

All work shall comply with current building codes, safety standards, and district requirements.
