Summary

The City of Leesburg, Florida (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed vendors with proven experience and expertise to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals required to design, manufacture, supply, factory test, deliver to the City’s North Substation at 2435 Marcella Way in Leesburg, Florida, place on the City’s foundation, assemble, fill with oil, test, and provide installation supervision for one (1) 67–13,090 kV power transformer, in accordance with the specifications set forth in Attachment 1 of this solicitation.

The Power Transformer shall be complete with all accessories required for the safe, efficient, and convenient operation of the transformer within the scope of this specification whether or not such items are specifically referred to in this specification. The transformers shall be manufactured in the continental bounds of the United States.
