Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting responses from qualified firms companies with demonstrated experience in regional water and sewer planning and design. The County desires to develop a feasibility study using a regional approach to determine the most efficient and cost-effective manner to provide water and sewer services and to identify the water and sewer system improvements and strategies needed to serve the growth projected to occur in the North Putnam area.
