Project Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 450 East Widening Project - Phase 2
ADDENDUM 1: Bid Advertisement Update
Notice is hereby given that the bid opening date for the 450 East Widening Project has been extended to January 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Revised plan sets and bid documents will be issued on January 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. All bidders are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the updated documents prior to submitting a bid.
All other terms and conditions of the original bid advertisement remain unchanged.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 450 East Widening Project - Phase 2 will be received by North
Ogden City, at the North Ogden Public Works Office, 165 East Lomond View Drive, North Ogden, UT, until
2:00 pm local time on January 15, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of demolition of existing facilities, roadway excavation and widening, utility
relocations, curb, gutter and sidewalk installations, and a new traffic signal as indicated in the Contract
Documents and Plans. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional
info. The project has an Engineer’s Estimate of $2,000,000.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the
Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to
Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards
in the best interests of the Owner.
