The City of Irving is initiating Phase 1 of the North Library Redevelopment Project, which includes the demolition of a vacant city-owned building. This work is intended to prepare the site for future development and must comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.
A public bid opening will be held via TEAMS. Please see the Activities tab for further details.
