North Hill Storm Sewer Rehabilitation

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by West Goshen Township via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at which time they will be opened online and posted via PennBid for:
WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP - NORTH HILL COMMUNITY STORM SEWER REHABILITATION
The project consists of the installation of approximately 617 linear feet of storm sewer ranging in diameters from 12-inches to 54-inches, seven (7) stormwater manholes/inlets, two (2) end walls, and incidental roadway repaving, grading, sidewalk installation, erosion controls, tree removals, etc.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Goshen Township, or a Bid Bond in favor of West Goshen Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
West Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
