Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting Tuesday May 19, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) as outlined in the RFP. Firms may choose to attend in person at the offices of the Charleston Regional Aviation Authority or via teleconference by contacting Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than 24-hours in advance for teleconference instructions.
Immediately following the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting, the Authority will host an optional site tour. Proposers must notify Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com of their intent to participate in the site tour no later than 24-hours in advance of the scheduled time for additional instructions.

Any questions and/or comments concerning this Request for Proposals should be directed in writing and delivered via email to Carrie Stanley, Procurement Department at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than Friday May 22, 2026, at 5:00pm (local)

Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum. All Addenda so issued shall become part of this RFP and must be acknowledged in the submittal. The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will not be responsible for any oral instructions regarding this notice. Said notice can only be changed by a formal written Addendum.
