North Charleston, SC - Virtual Ramp Control Center Implementation at CHS

Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting Tuesday May 19, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) as outlined in the RFP. Firms may choose to attend in person at the offices of the Charleston Regional Aviation Authority or via teleconference by contacting Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than 24-hours in advance for teleconference instructions.

Immediately following the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting, the Authority will host an Optional site tour. Proposers must notify Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com of their intent to attend the site tour no later than 24-hours in advance of the scheduled time for additional instructions.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is requesting proposals from well qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, technology systems, integrations, testing, and commissioning of a Virtual Ramp Control Center (VRCC) at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC. The VRCC is intended to provide visual monitoring and control capabilities for aircraft ramp operations.
