Sealed proposals will be received by the North Carolina Department of Administration in Suite 450 at New Education Building, State Construction Office at 301 North Wilmington St., Raleigh, North Carolina up to 3:00 pm October 14, 2025 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read.
