2025 North Braintree and Bode Lift Station Basin Manhole Rehabilitation

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept sealed bids via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 2025-IFB-065 , 2025 North Braintree and Bode Lift Station Basin Manhole Rehabilitation to be received no later than Friday, December 5, 2025 , 10:00 am . Bids submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

The North Braintree and Bode Lift Station Basin project includes the rehabilitation of 226 sanitary manholes within the base bid. The base bid work includes but is not limited to cover replacements, frame and cover replacements, manhole sealing and grouting, bench and trough repairs and section replacements. There are two alternate bids A and B for work on an additional 9 manholes which includes traffic control, bypass pumping, cementitious grouting vacuum testing and epoxy coating etc.
