Synopsis:
|
|
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire community-based Supported Independent Living Program services to provide person-centred services to clients with intellectual disabilities. Any Submissions should align with the GOS’s Comprehensive Personal Planning and Support Policy (CPP&SP) and the Person-Centred Culture Framework. This RFP is being posted in response to the identified needs of five (5) individuals with intellectual disabilities expected to reside in a single building complex. The goal is to ensure this community-based Supported Independent Living Program supports the individuals to have full control of their everyday and daily activities, with the assistance they require, and is reflective of the needs and desires of the individuals.
