North Battleford Rooming House

Sealed Bids for the North Battleford Rooming House project will be received up to 2:00 P.M. CST, April 1, 2026, at Battlefords Indian Metis Friendship Centre 960-103rd Street North Battleford and opened in public immediately after.

Description of the Work: construction of an eight bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom wood frame residential building and associated site development complete with design-build HVAC system (the project), located in North Battleford, civic address - 1102– 98th Street.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and consent of surety for 100 per cent performance bond. Proposers are to consider and include their OPTIMUM construction schedule in their proposals. Project cost will be closely considered.

The preferred bid and this Proposal Call shall form part of the Contract Documents for the Work.

The lowest, any or any particular proposal will not necessarily be accepted, and the Owner reserves the right to conduct further negotiations with the proposer who, in the Owner’s sole opinion, has submitted the most acceptable proposal. Additions, alterations, deletions or other irregularities in the Proposal Form may, but will not necessarily, result in the Owner’s rejection of the proposal.
