Sealed bid proposals are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at City Hall – Clerk’s Office 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until September 18, 2025 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

NORTH AVENUE/GLEN FLORA AVENUE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT

This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall Clerk’s Office, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., and Bid Proposals will be due September 18, 2025 at 9:00 am.

Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

NORTH AVENUE/GLEN FLORA AVENUE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan – Clerk’s Office, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on September 18, 2025.

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
